Billing
1. How much does your services cost?
Our services range from $299 to thousands depending on the size of the project.
2. What are your payment mode?
We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe and Bank Transfer.
3. When do you charge me?
Services that requires less than 3 weeks to start and complete, 100% payment need to be made before the start of the project.
Services that requires more than 4 weeks to start and complete, a payment of 50% of the total investment before the start of the project is required. The final invoice of the remaining balance of the total investment will be sent when the scope of work is complete. Project pricing for this duration of services varies from $10k to $50k per month depending on the size of the project. Fees are not inclusive of the advertising spend as the fees are paid directly to the relevant advertising channel.

5. Does Organic Market Growth work with clients from another country?

6. What does your new client onboard process consist of?
The process will be finalising the contracts, assigning project managers to clients and connecting you with the billing department. Your main point of contact will be with our project managers.
7. How long are your contracts?
This is only applicable to recurring contracts. Our contracts are 6 months to 1 year contract.
8. How often will I receive updates of my project?
Apart from the daily communication, there will be meetings (this is according to your communication preferences) once a week. This is to ensure that projects go smoothly, according to their timeline and for us to set expectations for weekly tasks.
